Do you enjoy working with precision using your hands, take pleasure in detailed tasks, and are able to stay focused on a task for extended periods of time? Then you’ve come to the right place—even if you don’t yet have any experience in optoelectronics.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible for the manufacturing of optoelectronic components.
With us, you’ll learn step by step how high-quality optoelectronic components are created from the tiniest individual parts. You’ll be supported by comprehensive training and an experienced team.
YOUR TASKS
- Assembly of optoelectronic components and subassemblies, particularly bonding, mounting, and fine-tuning
- Precise, microscope-assisted work with extremely small components
- Manual and semi-automatic die and wire bonding
- Soldering assembly and repair soldering
- Independently performing optical and electrical inspections
- Documentation and careful verification of work results
- Collaborating on the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training, preferably in a field that requires precise and detailed work, such as precision optics, dental technology, goldsmithing, or a comparable profession
- We also warmly welcome career changers (m/f/d)—prior production experience is a plus but not required
- You enjoy working carefully, with focus, and with a steady hand
- You possess manual dexterity and a strong commitment to quality
- You enjoy learning new tasks and technical concepts
- You work reliably, independently, and with perseverance
- You enjoy contributing to a small, dedicated team
